UC vs. Miami University

UC took on Miami University on October 4th, 2014. The lady Bearcats travelled up to Oxford, Ohio to play at Miami’s home pitch. After a tough game filled with hard rucks and harder tackles, the UC Women’s Rugby team took home a win! The final score was 66-7.

Katy Yoder lead the scoring with three tries, Hannah Lemley and Carol Mata each scored two tries, Justine Perl, Sami Harrel, and Lindsey Perkins all scored once. Casey Carver converted four out of six kicks and Olivia Ribariu converted four out of four kicks.

With their win over Miami, the UC Women’s Rugby Football Club complete their regular season undefeated. They look forward to their upcoming play-off game on October 18th.
