Carol Mata has been awarded Player of the Match for her all around great game play in Saturday’s quarter finals match against Ohio University!
Carol is a freshman obtaining a degree in Biomedical Engineering. Carol was a four year varsity soccer player in high school and began playing rugby when she came to UC because she wanted to get involved and try something new. Carol plays fly half and wing. Her favorite food is anything with an Asian influence.
In Saturday’s game, Carol not only scored but had numerous amazing runs.
